How it works . . .
All Impact Virtual classes meet concurrently/flexi-schedule online ... let me explain:
I teach my classes in a style that is "concurrent" but not "synchronous." It means that your student is never going to see my head talking on the screen in a lecture style, and there isn't a specific "class time" when everyone from all different time zones has to dial in. But there are discussions and projects that are specific to each week.
In Week 3, for example, students have a project that they're all working on and chatting about, and if a student is wanting help with the challenge project, he/she can ask and get answers from the Q/A discussion.
Probably the best thing would be to read through the Narrative of a Week next.
Impact Virtual Learning provides creative, project-based classes for home-schoolers and for private, international, and public schools.
